Instead of thinking about your resolutions over a 12 month period, create a 3 month quarterly plan. It’s a more manageable time frame to hold in your mind.
Come up with a 90 day goal that’s realistic but that still stretches you. Then set up daily and weekly check ins with your partner to hold yourselves accountable.
